Compliance Recovery & Risk Prevention

Not every organisation comes to Falcon from a position of strength. Some have accumulated gaps over the years — overdue filings, outdated records, weak documentation, or governance practices that have drifted from what the constitution requires. This service is for those organisations.
Compliance gaps do not fix themselves. Left unaddressed, overdue annual returns, missing records, and governance irregularities tend to compound — each year making the situation slightly harder to resolve and slightly more exposed to ROS scrutiny. The right time to address them is always now, not later.
This service is non-judgmental and practical. Many organisations find themselves in this position for entirely understandable reasons — leadership transitions, limited administrative capacity, competing priorities, or simply not knowing what was required. Falcon's role is not to assess blame but to help the committee understand where things stand and take the right steps to stabilise and improve.

missing record
Missing or incomplete records Meeting minutes, resolutions, membership records, or financial documents that are missing, incomplete, or have never been properly maintained.
office bearer
Office bearer records not updated Multiple elections or changes have occurred without the eROSES office bearer records being updated — creating a discrepancy between actual leadership and ROS records.
non compliance
Constitution non-compliance The organisation has been operating in ways that are inconsistent with its registered constitution — whether knowingly or not — creating governance risk that needs to be regularised.
Every organisation's recovery is different. The scope, pace, and approach depend on how many gaps exist, how long they have been accumulating, and what records are available to work with. Falcon begins every engagement with an honest assessment of the current position — so the committee knows what it is actually dealing with before committing to a plan.
